Hi,
im trying to get a receipt for a top up I made. I’ve requested through the website twice! But haven’t received anything. I contacted the Twitter account and was told to just request again which I did but still nothing. Can anyone help?

Was it via this form vodafone-uk/forms/vat-receipt-form @MrGWA as this is the only way I'm aware of.
It should take 3 working days to arrive via email. Please check any Spam Email In Boxes too.
As there is no account access via this forum you'll need to contact the Vodafone Social Media Team's via Contact-us-for-account-specific-queries and they'll be able to further officially clarify for you.

Yes that’s the form. I’ve already contacted the social media team and wasn’t much help was just told to try again which I did. Is there any other way to escalate this to receive a receipt

Usually the Social Media Team's are very helpful with account issues @MrGWA
What did the Team advise ?
As your account can't be accessed here your other possible option if you wish to escalate is the complaints procedure.
