I have Vodafone family and for two members in the group ,this has stopped working, one of the numbers is mine, so when you call the group it takes minutes of your bvb, been on the online chat who say as this is no longer available you can’t have it back, I am annoyed as I did not request for this to be cancelled, any help or advice

Vodafone should advise anyone of fundamental changes to their current tariff or T&C's so I can understand that your “annoyed ”.
