Wht a terrible company,orders a free sim ,I activated  it  and pay for a sim plan,25hrs later it isn't working so Contact support, apparently the activation got messed up,can't understand why cause its pretty simple,input the 10 digit sim number on there activation page and then pick and pay for a sim plan,it was done in 10min,25h later the sim isn't working,for some reason they can't activate the sim in my phone  after Ive paid for it,they want me to activate it again and pay again for a sim plan with reassurance that theyl refund the the first payment I made 😡 I felt like I was getting scammed

You are making a drama out of this and it's not necessary.

There is no excuse for calling the error a scam start losing your temper and start swearing at the very person who was trying to help.  You were advised that it was not a SCAM and the refund was in the process of being returned to your account.

The activation has failed, more than likely due to a system error, Voxi are putting this right for you and advising you to go through the activation process with a fresh payment and the original payment will be reimbursed.  You will find the refund in your account certainly by the middle of next week and you won't have anything to be concerned about.

It would be worth adding the advisor was not personally responsible for the problem, but was trying his best to help and being very polite and calm, you need to be polite you get better help that way without getting the advisor flustered.

@hash70 Two things that'll help you get somewhere with your original question.

Firstly your images have not been moderated yet and so are not visible to anyone.

Secondly nobody is going to feel inclined to help you if you don't wind your neck in and start being polite. The forum guidelines about behaviour would be a good read.
