I have tryed calling custmer services today and ealyer ago this week on 191 but I getting sorry we get connect you right now and it then telling me to go to the support page on the vodafone site when I am calling to get my voicemail pin reseted as I can't remember my voicemail pin and you the qurestens that people mite want to ask at the support page on the website but you can't get the voicemail pin reseted by going to the support page on the vodafone website and I not only that I have been trying get hold of an adviser on the live chat and I cant get hold of them as well. so how the am I going to hold of custmers service to rest my voicemail pin?
Did you manage to get through to a Live Chat agent in the end @Luke32 ?
Leaving the chat window open is best practice and an agent will connect when one becomes free or persevere with 191.
The Vodafone Social Media Team's via Contact-us-for-account-specific-queries should also be able to help as they have account access too.
