Hi,
I entered the £10k a year holiday rewards...I gone up to about 17/18 points rewards and all of all sudden I get a notification when I logged in that my "account settings has changed" and that the app "needs to update my details". It forced me to re-enter all my details and now all of it has disappeared and I have to start again!
This is so unfair as the rewards is based on points awarded for each time you logon to the app. This is not fair!

The first thing to do is to mention if you are PAYG or pay monthly @bubbles86 .
To get this solved go onto VeryMe and click the help button the right side at the bottom, from there you can start a web chat.
