Hi Steph,
I tried the Social Media Team link you sent. Unfortunately, the only Social media account I have is LinkedIn, so I couldn't use that system. When I tried TOBI it couldn't recognise my old account number 30830208. I got this error message "
Sorry, you don't have a number registered to this account to send an access code to. Call 03333 040 191 or call 191 from a Vodafone phone." I tried to call the number but each automated choice option also needed an account.
Can you help?

Hi @Johned999 We're unable to access accounts over this platform, I'm afraid. When contacting TOBi, just request to "speak to agent" if the options provided don't fit, just request an agent again. You'll be routed through 👍
