Vodafone sent an email saying they would collect 174GBP from my account vi my direct debit. They have now collected it.
I need an explanation for what this is for.
Is it because I am not using my broadband and they are closing my account? I was happy to pay the rolling monthly bill until I set up my broadband again.
I did not arrange an upfront payment, so why send an email with very unclear explanation telling me not to worry.
To make matters worse, I cannot get through to customer service. I can't speak to any actual person, only these robots that don't have the answers required. I need to speak to a customer service human assistant to sort this out.
Please help
