I had problem since my number was ported from EE to Vodafone, A very long history complained to Vodafone over one year (August 2019) now so fed up and problem still not sorted. Vodafone made so much promises and even told me they will make compensation this also not full filled after over a year nothing happened. Vodafone still taking money though, I feel like cancelling the service. I even told them to disconnect me and reconnect ( technical I am guiding them to do they job) but in deaf ears, Don't know what to do now. Thanks
Forget to mention even given new sim, with no improvement.
