83 roaming destinations quietly dropped to 51 on Xtra Unlimited plans

As above, it seems today’s iPhone 13 pre-order window has coincided with a very quiet removal of the extra roaming destinations on the Unlimited Xtra plans. Now showing as 51 countries instead of 83.

Try and order an iPhone 13 or 13 Pro… you’ll see Xtra now has 3 benefits instead of 4… look and see what’s included

Ah! If I do it in Edge I see it, in Chrome it's 4 benefits. So £2 cheaper with three benefits.

Wonder why they’ve changed it just for the iPhone 13? I didn’t look at the others to be fair…

ll, so it appears this has been dropped again. For a while it was available on the unlimited max xtra plan with entertainment for £50 a month for 24 months, I was having a look yesterday and they've got rid of it. I tweeted Vodafone this morning and they confirmed it's gone and they're no longer offering 83 roaming destinations as standard.

It doesn't surprise me. OthEEr networks have hiked their prices for roaming in places like the USA and Vodafone are hoping you'll pay £6 a day.

On recent trips to NYC I've experienced quite poor speeds on Vodafone. Going to try one of the travel eSIMs next trip and see if it's better.
