Account included in bankruptcy

I declared bankrupt in 2013 my Vodafone account was included on it but it is the only account that has left my credit file negatively! The account still shows as open and defaulting every month and that I still owe money. The balance should be £0 from the date of bankruptcy the account should be settled. I have written twice and included copies of my bankruptcy and discharge letters and I have tried speaking to people in customer services with no help whatsoever. I need to get this sorted rather than wait for the account to talk off my credit file!! Why is this so difficult?

@davytmg26 I'm sorry to hear your Vodafone account is still reporting on your credit file after including this in your bankruptcy, we'll gladly investigate why this has happened and fix this for you. I've sent some instructions to you via Private Message on how to get in touch with out specialists in the team, please follow the steps included and we'll get on this right away.

Could you ask someone to look at my issue / reply ASAP I was contacted and I replied on Friday and gave all the information they needed but haven’t heard anything else since! Re: WRT135 #20534099

@davytmg26 I'm sorry there's sometimes a bit of a delay. We aim to get back to everyone in our queue as quickly as possible. I can see a member of our team was in touch a couple of days ago and they're now looking into this for you 😊
