So, for over a year I been trying to grt it to work (and for 8 months now I have an ongoing complaint with the CEOs office).
And finally today we were able to grt back to where we started.
I can make outgoing calls via my speakers, and using my number associated with my Vodafone account.
However incoming calls do nothing only ring my handset not the speakers.
I have no idea how to fix this and so far Vodafone networking team doesn't know either...
I was wondering if anyone else has experienced this issue and have any thoughts?

First question are you referring to the devices Vodafone supply, or do you mean actual Amazon echo devices?
By Vodafone account do you mean your mobile or broadband account.
I can call out on my Alexa devices (Amazon), but it doesn't respond to incoming calls. (and I really wouldn't want it to) I think the other end sees private caller. (although I'm sure it used to use my mobile number)
Either way, I don't think it has anything to do with Vodafone.

Echo speakers purchased directly from amazon.
Vodafone pay monthly account (mobile) the other end will see your mobile number not private, if you use the setting in alexa to use alexa calling (service provided by amazon fee of charge, then it will either use the number on your profile or show as private).
And in fact you can receive incoming calls that is the whole purpose.
Quoting text from the link below.
"A OneNumber Connectivity Plan lets you share your phone’s allowances, number and contacts with your Alexa, so you can make and receive calls on your Alexa – including calls to emergency services and premium rate calls."

Ah, so it is a mobile service. I'm not on Vodafone (mobile) so can't comment.
This is the "Home broadband & landline" part of the forum. Try in the mobile parts, there may be others there with more experience.

I think a mod might have moved the topic, because I'm sure i opened it under " pay monthly "
