Using Alexa to answer Vodafone mobile calls

My neighbour cannot physically answer a phone and operates her life through Alexa and voice control. Vodafone advertises that you can use Alexa to answer your Vodafone calls. EE offered this service up until today when they discontinued it however it worked fine through Alexa. Having just taken out a new contract with Vodafone specifically to make and answer calls with Alexa I am unable to get it to work. I’ve tried the same process that I did to get EE to work but there is no option of Vodafone as a network on Alexa. The call centre were not helpful as they didn’t even understand that this function is advertised. 
Does anyone have any experience of getting this to work

It is my neighbour’s account but as she is completely paralysed and can only move her head I take care of her. I ordered her Vodafone sim and changed her number from Ee as they supported Alexa but as of yesterday they dropped this service, hence switching to Vodafone

Hey @Ron424, thank you for confirming that, if the service you are referring to is on a SIM card, it would be called the One Number Service. @Tal According to this thread https://forum.vodafone.co.uk/t5/Android/Vodafone-Alexa-Link/m-p/2755651 Alexa is no longer supported by Vodafone.

Looking at the OneNumber page Alexa is not on the list of supported devices.
