Despite repeated attempts I am unable to get Alexa calling working on my pay monthly account . The app goes through the process but I never receive the activation and after a day it drops off again. Any ideas

If this does not help then maybe Vodafone customer service on 191 or Live Chat or the Vodafone Social Media Teams via Contact-us-for-account-specific-queries maybe able to assist as they have full account access.
