App won't display any usage on my account. I keep getting error code 5604. I've done the whole cache clear, reset app, username change ....everything but still no joy.

 

Any ideas what this error code is?

The app is never worked for me . Every tab plan, usage, charges etc is “ sorry we can’t find this information right now” . Part of the reason I am now with sky after two years with Vodafone
