Hi, do the COVID-19 im struggle to pay my bill which is almost 185£.

im struggle for maximum 2 more weeks what can I do?

Hi @Andypi 

 

It is important to let Vodafone know as soon as possible, this will enable them to make some arrangements for you.  They should be able to arrange a payment plan but please be aware as with any payment plan, it will be reported against your credit file.  There may also be some outgoing restriction on your service but will still be able to receive.

Lets hope things improve for you along with a lot of other people who find themselves in this awful situation with a loss or earnings.

If you can i would suggest to not make a payment arrangement as this can have a negative impact on your Credit Score.

Maybe there is something else you can take a payment break on @Andypi
