Call Divert Lost Phone

I have misplaced my mobile but it is on divert to my work landline, so when I try to call it and locate it doesnt ring. is there any way i can turn the divert off without having the mobile to hand? i'm pretty sure the mobile is at home, or at work so ringing it would really help!

Hey @hollyjp I hope you're doing well. I'm not aware of any way to do this without having the phone to hand but if you speak to our Mobile Tech team on either 0333 304 0191 or via LiveChat here they may know of some options.

You used to be able to do it online in MyVodafone, but like other features, they were removed with no explanation or justification.

Have you got a find my phone type service set up and can ring it remotely?

That would only be a device based thing like 'Find my iPhone' Managing is locked down to the number itself for fraud protection. You should be able to send text messages still and if you use apps like Whatsapp and Facebook messenger you can call those.
