Can loyalty discount be combined with Black Friday deals?

Hello there,

I currently get a long-standing customer discount (30% off) and I would like to know if this can be combined with the Black Friday deals?

So for example a Black Friday deal that costs £50 per month, would I pay £50 the same as a new customer or get my loyalty discount on top of the deal price making it £35 per month for me?

From what's been discussed on the forum it's one discount per account.

However it doesn't harm to ask customer services on 191 or Live chat being this is your loyalty discount and should be allowed but I'm just a customer like you so can't officially say.

It's only one discount per contract.  Each contract would have it's own terms and in this case you would be taking out an already pre discounted agreement.

It might be worth looking at your My Vodafone Application this would let you know how long your discount is valid but it wouldn't mean you would get the same discount on a new agreement.
