Cancel subscription on behalf of my wife

Hi, 

I'm leaving UK this summer with my wife. Therefore I need to cancel her subscription. Her english is not good enough to do so over the phone. So I'm asking you what I need, as her husband, to cancel it for her?

I obviously has all the passwords and so on but if that's not enough what do I need?

The best way to cancel your Wife's account is by using a PAC or STAC code this saves all the problem of your Wife having to speak to Vodafone.  If you Wife's doesn't want to keep the number a STAC would work well, the only problem is she would need an alternative network PAYG SIM to submit the STAC.

If contact with Vodafone is required, when data protection has been passed, your Wife only needs to mention she gives full authorisation to you to speak on her behalf.

The account holder would need to cancel the contract @dalsgaard20 

She could add you as a trusted person or her start off the call and then pass the phone to you if you are a named person to speak to customer services.

Or ask for the contract to be moved to Vodafone payg which takes 30 days and this cancels the contract.

Or move to a new UK Network onto their payg via a Pac or Stac Pac or Stac. 

However of the contract is not at full term there will be an early termination fee.
