Anybody else sent their phone to be repaired (due to liquid damage) only to receive the phone back and for the battery to expand within a day. When I sent phone back second time, I was told it was liquid damage. What??? In a day????
I paid approx £200 for a repair, when the phone arrives, supposedly repaired, the battery expands within 24 hrs. I send the phone back and they want ME to pay for another repair because the phone is liquid damaged.
Furious... Vodafone didn’t repair the phone properly first time around but expect customers to pay for second repair.
Phone was a Samsung S9 which I’ve read can have issues with expanding batteries.
Also, be aware, Vodafone will overcharge you when it comes to billing and it’s up to customers to sort it out. I wouldn’t recommend Vodafone to anyone. Seriously, stay well clear. No wonder offcom fined them.

Vodafone have a Duty Of Care to ensure that the works carried out are to a high standard and that the phone is in working order.
I would assume they will want the phone back to assess it again in relation to your continuing issues with it.
Samsung have Experience Stores and Samsung Service Centres that give support under the warranty ( albeit closed at the moment ) and they have a doorstep repair service too , although due to liquid damage they would charge you.
I appreciate you've already paid Vodafone to effect a repair, but personally I would always suggest to approach the manufacturer for support as they know their hardware better than a repair house even tho it's the seller i.e Vodafone that are responsible in regards to warranty.
The exception would be if a person is claiming using a valid insurance policy.
I have my phone's covered under my Home Contents.
All that said please do speak with customer services on the phone or Live Chat and get a ticket raised.
