hi, I'm trying to cancel off my amazon echo device from my onenumber account, I do have an Apple Watch connectivity plan connected also but trying to cancel of echo device only, each time I click on cancel subscription, all I get is Vodafone spinning wheel with an amazonecho file downloaded to my Mac with zero bytes file size, and don't know what to do with this, if I do anything.
