Vodafone port disruption

I ported in my EE number to Vodafone which should have taken 24 hours. Three days later I still have no mobile service and was instructed to wait up to 5 working days. I have no home landline hence I had to get a mobile line with three just to be able to make a call. I was offered £20 for my inconvenience! I can’t authenticate any card payments or log in to my online banking. My account shows no sign of my temporary number or the ported in number. I have 14 days cooling off with three and another hard search on my credit report. If I cancel the three line I’m left with no communication.
