Cannot upgrade from website or app

I want to upgrade my phone. I know that I qualify however it seems to be impossible to do.

 

Both on the website and on the app if I choose any phone it says 'Sorry something has gone wrong.'

On my browsers I've cleared my caches and tried again. Not working on the website is one thing, but it has the same error on the 'My Vodafone' app.

 

I can see that on this forum and in other places online this is not a new error. How do I fix it so I can upgrade? A picture is attached..

Perhaps ring 191, use Live chat or the Vodafone Social Media Team's via Contact-us-for-account-specific-queries or pop into a Vodafone Highstreet Store to upgrade in the interim.

 

Or you might be experiencing a glitch and try tomorrow @SkyBlue12

Thankyou, however I do not know what I want to upgrade to without knowing the prices for me, which I'd like to look at before I call anybody. I'd rather the site worked... I'll try tomorrow, if not I'll be back to see if anyone has solved this in the past.

The avenues I've mentioned can give you your options over the phone, online via chat and then if you wish come away and do your homework before agreeing to anything @SkyBlue12
