Charge to mobile from Google Play store?

I have no limits on my account as far as I can see but I can't successfully buy anything on the Google Play store and charge to my Voda account. Is there a setting I need to look for on my account or is it not possible?

If you are still in the transaction payment limit, speak to the Social Team here : Contact Us and they will be able to check your account.  

 

The other alternative is to register an alternative payment method with the Play Store.
