Hi All,
After many years (8) with Vodafone, I had to close my account due to price increases. The account was closed back in March 2018, however the account is dormant on my credit report. Why has this not be updated to closed?

The Vodafone Social Media Team here have a credit file specialist teams to help with such instances.
Please let them catch up with your thread.
Also Experian might also be able to help.
