Zero data coverage despite bars & signal checker saying otherwise

I’m increasingly frustrated with the data issues in my local area. There is a general ‘patch’ where Vodafone because unusable because you can’t get any data to work at all. This is despite multiple devices showing full bars of signal, and the signal checker online saying that this area should have great coverage.

I’ve reported it online but don’t hold out much hope for anything to change. Has anybody had any success getting Vodafone to investigate and/or fix these sorts of issues? It’s literally in a busy, Zone 2 area of London and I can almost pinpoint exactly where I can step from one part of the street to another where service begins to work again.

This also isn’t anything new, as it’s been going on for a long time.

Hi vodafail won't help! all that will happen is you'll get smarmy politician awnsers on here to make appear they are helping only fix is a new network provider.
