I’m pulling my hair out here!
Of course, you’d think it should be easy, but as Vodafone customers, we know all to well that getting a simple answer is NEVER easy.
I’m an ex customer…..well I’m actually still a vodafone customer but through a business Vodafone partner.
The problem it, that I need to speak so someone about a rather large bill (£5k +) that is still outstanding - so that it can be paid. But, I keep getting chucked out of every contact avenue as my number (although the very same one!) is no longer recognised.
no matter how I try, I keep getting sent round in the same old loop.
I have no email regarding this and the only letter I had I can’t flippin find!!!
So, I just need to talk to someone from accounts.
Please, don’t point me to 191- doesn’t work! Chat bot - doesn’t work. Nothing works they always want a current number or account number to move you forward.
I just want to talk to someone, as an Ex Customer to sort out this Bill!
Does anyone out there have a golden nugget of advice for me 🙏
