Hi there 

I have I am an old loyal Vodafone customer 

I have a problem on my 

credit file which is incorrect!

I want this removed off my credit report please as it is preventing me buying a house 

I phoned Vodafone and they can’t find the account under my name so you must have made this error I want this fixed and removed off my credit file 

as soon as possible or I will report to financial ombudsman
