My credit report has been damaged by a mistake made by Vodafone. I am right in the middle of buying my first home and I can not get a mortgage because of this error. I need it fixed asap. Thank you.
There's no account access via the forum, and frontline customer service are unlikely to be able to help you. Contact the Social Media team on Facebook or Twitter and they'll be able to get this investigated. I believe they're very busy at the moment, though, so response may not be immediate.
