Starting my new voxi account

Hi,

I bought a Voxi SIM card and I received it today by mail. I tried to activate it, so I created an account on the VOXI website, but when I put my payment details it didn't worked (it still created my account though). I got an email with my login name, but I can't connect to the VOXI website, and when I connect on the Vodafone one it tells me to register a phone number in order to be able to change my details. I tried calling a number to change my details but it doesn't work and I can't put my new Vodafone number because I couldn't pay for my plan, so I don't know what my PIN code and I dont know my phone number either. For information, my current phone umber is not from the UK.

I'd like to receive some help in order to make my SIM card work, and finally have a UK phone number.

To find your number type *#100# call, this will being up your mobile number on the screen.
