Data Allowance - Accidentally reduced and then turned off my Data Cap

Good afternoon,

 

So I was fiddling around inside of the My Vodafone app and whilst attempting to increase my data allowance, I accidentally reduced it instead.  Whilst attempting to rectify that mistake, I turned my data allowance off completely!

 

I am a little stuck and was hoping that perhaps some else had been as unfortunate as I have and could point me in the right direction.  My number is part of a family group and I have previously contacted customer support who sent out another SIM as they seemed certain that this would resolve the issue.  Fast forward to inserting the new SIM and my number being transferred I still have zero data connectivity.

 

Does anyone know the easiest or simplest way to increase my data allowance within the group or through the My Vodafone app?

Hi @benturner 

 

That's strange, I am sure contracts where the data was able to be shared within a group were no longer available and had been retired.  Vodafone have My account controls here: My Account Controls to manage extra lines or devices.
