Default date needing amended to grant mortgage

I renewed my contract Dec 21 but fell into financial difficulty. My device plan and airtime plan lapsed i missed x6 payments and the device plan was defaulted Jun 22 but the airtime plan wasn’t defaulted until May 23.
This is affecting my eligibility for a mortgage. Is this something that I can have amended so that both defaults are the same dates for the same contract?
