Credit file error after account closure

Hello,

I closed my account with Vodafone in September 2019. I’ve just checked my credit profile and my Vodafone account is still shown as an active account. 

I am applying for a mortgage soon and need this amended on my credit profile. Can someone please get in contact with me to resolve this?
