Hi. Ive been declined my mortgage due to a missed payment that actaully got paid as soon as I received the letter back in December but because my reference wasn’t on the payment account it was only just cleared! I need to discuss trying to get rid of this missed payment on my account as I was told it wouldn’t affect me as I did pay it! Thanks
