Existing Voda customer who can have 3 addtional lines but declined by Mobile Phones Direct

Hi folks

 

Hopefully I'm posting in the correct place.

 

I've been a Vodafone customer for 12 months now, with a handset contract through Carphone Warehouse, and also an Apple watch (which was paid off after 3 months)

 

Vodafone have said that I can have 3 additional lines, so I wanted to take advantage of an offer with the Samsung s22 at £26 per month, but Mobile Phones Direct have said that vodafone have declined me

 

I called vodafone who said that I can have additional lines, and that it should have been allowed and Mobile Phones Direct are being no help (that's after taking an hour to get through to them)

 

Is there anything I can do
