Flexi Upgrade Fee

Hi

 

Does anyone know how offen the flexi upgrade fee reduced, I have 6 months left and was hoping it will go down a bit , is it something that perhaps updates monthly.

It drops on a daily basis I believe.

Hi @sie602001! Your Flexi Upgrade fee will reduce the longer you stay in your current contract meaning as @simax says, this amount will reduce daily 🙂

Hi yes I thought it may change daily but hasnt changed in a few weeks :Sad_face:

@sie602001 - if it hasn't changed after your next billing date, then please call our Upgrade Team on 191 free from 

a Vodafone mobile or 03333 040 191 from a different phone. They can then check the fee for you.
