Hi everyone, 

Could someone help me regarding my unfair charges on footbox tv.

I did not suscribed to this service as many of you.... I am furious to get scam via my telephone account.

I read that fews people managed to get their refund. In my case, they agreed to give back only half the money while Vodafone ensure me that this 3rd company will refund me. I feel really bad as it is a lot of money and Vodafone don't help.

Please advise. many thanks

Yes others have been caught up in unwanted subscriptions.

It is down to the merchant ie company that has taken the funds to repay and incorrect funds taken..
