Global roaming plus

I have noticed a change on the number of countries from 85 to 83 can anyone advice please ?

Hey @Guapsi - you can find all the up to date information on which countries are included on our Roaming Support page online. 

We don't have any information on why destinations may change and either be included when the weren't previously or removed when they used to be included 🗺

Amanda surely those changes are contractual thus should be informed

Your airtime contract is based on UK usage @Guapsi 

When any changed are made, we assess all our accounts and if we find that it would detrimentally affect a customer, we'd let them know. You can see more information on this under your terms and conditions - under Leaving Us / Suspending The Services and then Section (iii).

The amount of countries actually went up from 81 to 83, NOT down from 85 to 83.

my bad !!! Do you know which countries were added ?

I have absolutely no idea. I actually think a couple of countries that were lumped together have been separated so there isn’t technically any change lol.
