Just spoke to ELLA on the phone to ask her a couple of inquiries around topping up my phone before I leave for Thailand and she went above and beyond in her service while helping me. All of my questions were answered very quickly and she even managed to help me a second time when I messed up the topup and we ended chatting again.

It's quite surprising to say that I really enjoyed a phone call to a customer service agent, but I can definitely say I did with this one so thank you! Definitely hoping this message goes in front of the right people to let them know Ella is really great at her job!

It's always refreshing to see a good Customer Service experience @ThailandGuy 

 

Vodafone usually send a text questionnaire asking you to rate your experience contacting Customer Services, you should receive this within 24 hours at the most.  The last question is the reason for your scores where you will be able to write a brief review of your overall experience.

I notice you referenced topping up your phone so guessing you're taking advantage of the 'Around the world' extras. 

Definitely the best prepaid roaming deal out there for people heading to that part of the world!
