Issues with ESIM

So I changed to ESIM in January’s 2022 and no issues… took 1 minute to receive QR via email. New phone arrived Saturday 13th August so decided to swap ESIM online as advertised. 48 hours later I have two phones, no working phone lines and constant stream of people telling me my order is stuck in open.

The customer service is excellent but no one seems to be able to help and what doesn’t help is that I’ve had to buy a pay as you go sim just so I can ring VF. 
I’ve been into the store and they tried to cancel the transfer… this has now got stuck in open and they can’t do anything but wait. I’ve phone complaints… again they’ve filled in the form and once again I have to wait. So so far 50 hrs no phone… another 24hrs before I can get an update. 
Can someone please tell why it’s so hard to cancel something and give me a physical sim so I can enjoy my contract I’m paying for.

Good luck getting it resolved, last guy that run I to this problem had no service for a month! Anyway, you won't get any help here other than to tell you to call 191 or reach out to the social media team.
