Upgraded to an iPhone 12 in December last year. Sent it back and have attempted to chase a few times, but have been told I will be called back. I haven't been called back and it is such a headache to contact the correct person. As of yet, I haven't been able to find the correct person to speak to. We have been charged for the phone and have been paying the monthly fee for the phone even though we don't have it. This is 1 of 23 phones we have. I need help finding out where this phone went to and claiming a refund for the phone and monthly charges. It was collected by DPD sent to us via Vodafone.

Hi @chipie10
Are Vodafone stating DpD didn't get the phone to them ?
Did you send it back within the applicable cooling off period ?
Maybe DpD can help advise what happened at their end !
Give the Vodafone Social Media Team's via Contact-us-for-account-specific-queries a go at helping to resolve this.
You could also raise a complaint via complaints/code-of-practice.
The Vodafone Social Media Team's are a kart of the customer Escalation Team however it wouldn't harm to start a paper trail on this via competing the form.
Once this is all resolved then Vodafone should action a refund for any monies taken.
I wish you all the best with this.
