My Vodafone

Hello there. I have 2 contracts with Vodafone one for myself and the other for my daughter. In May of this year I upgraded my contract and since then I haven't been able to use my Vodafone browser or app. It just says my number is not recognised. I tried re-registering with a different email but my account is still not recognised.
