Just completed a upgrade via online chat.  Both parties made it CRYSTAL clear that my iPhone 13 Pro would be delivered within 4 to 6 working days.....so once I agreed everything, I got the usual emails and texts, but included one stating that my phone was out of stock and they will update me in 3 working days....this is really under handed selling and is not acceptable...anything to make a sale, I suppose.  Anyway, let's see what happens !!

I appreciate it's frustrating and disappointing if this happens @152bobby 

It's possible they agent viewed it instock but then due to how fast stocks can move it changed to out of stock.

It could be the colour or storage capacity that's making it out of stock.

When you go onto the Vodafone Online Shop does it show as as delivery now in a few weeks or out of stock.

Hi...and as usual, thanks for your help and response.

However, I was VERY precise and have the live chat script.  I Always summarise what has been agreed, colour, memory, delivery date blah blah blah and then I get  a out of stock message.... absolutely NO excuse is acceptable.
