My Samsung S10 has no internet when away from Wi-Fi. This has only recently happened. I have checked settings but can't see anything wrong. Any ideas please?

Hi @Robert_Isaac

This will be for your pay monthly contract, try texting WEB to 40127, this will update the SIM on the network and configure the APN settings.

The phone may have just temporarily lost it's connection, try doing a manual roam from the connection settings, when the selection of available networks appear from the list, select any other network, wait for it to reject the request and reselect Vodafone, if the network is a little behind, this will update your connection.

If the settings are correct, I am wondering if this is a network or SIM issue.  Follow this link: Network Issues As recommended by Vodafone on the link, when you try the SIM in an alternative phone the phone needs the pay monthy APN settings installed.

Thanks, I manually reset it. I had put the SIM in another phone to help diagnose a problem with that phone, so maybe that was the cause.
