No service aboard

Hello , my phone always has no service when Im aboard . I have turned the data roaming on, and I have turn off the bat so I can make calls aboard, but still doesn’t work . I’ve been into Vodafone store for help but unfortunately there advice is to call 191 when I’m aboard . Please can you help ! I need to travel for work. I feel I am paying for a product that doesn’t work and have looked into leaving the contract but the fee is very high and seems unfair as I don’t feel like Im receiving what I pay for .

If you are on a plan with Extra benefits you should have roaming included @Sostrong22 .  There is further information on this here: Global Roaming  Take a look at the FAQ's on the link and see if there is anything that may help.

 

Apart from that you will need your account checked, you can speak to the Social Team here : Contact Us .  Alternatively, there are live chat or 191 Customer Service channels.

Please can I get my account checked ? I have tried the chat online , and unfortunately hasn’t resolved my issue and when I call191 I’m unable to speak to a person, only text message which again haven’t helped resolve the issue. I would like my account to be checked and to be able to use my phone aboard please , many thanks
