I ended my contract with you guys which was on a rolling contract last year.
I've just checked my credit file and im being hammered for missed payments? I've can clearly see that I paid the final bill and then the final settlement figure and have the bank records to show this.
What the hell are you playing at? I've never had adverse credit in my life, this has seriously just f*cked up the chance of me and my girlfriend buying our dream apartment
how do you sort it? URGENTLY before I go to the press

ive also just been speaking to your chatbot who wants to send a text or pin to my phone, which won't work as Im on holiday until march using an e-sim
