I ended my contract with you guys which was on a rolling contract last year.
I've just checked my credit file and im being hammered for missed payments? I've can clearly see that I paid the final bill and then the final settlement figure and have the bank records to show this.
What the hell are you playing at? I've never had adverse credit in my life, this has seriously just f*cked up the chance of me and my girlfriend buying our dream apartment
how do you sort it? URGENTLY before I go to the press

is this some kind of joke? I filled the form in over 2 weeks ago and haven't even had a reply. you've just given me another missed payment in January that's 3 mis payments from an account which has been closed!!!!!!!!!! ive never had a missed payment on my credit file in 38 years - i need this expedited immediately

From what you've said in your original post, I can understand how urgent it is to get the missed payment markers, looked into and corrected if needed. its been more than 7 working days and you're still black marking my credit file - what a joke
