Hi,
Thanks for the reply to an old message.
Can you remember anything specific that you or VF had to do. It just seems like a simple thing to do but has been going on for nearly two weeks now!

Re eSIM for watch I think they actually deleted the SIM completely and asked me to order a new one (there were issues with the old ones as I was billed for then for few months even though I couldn't use them - my advice - keep the eID's, names and ideally QR codes associated). Eventually they purged old eSIMs completely and this worked. In terms of Alexa, they needed to re-set emergency address on their end before it worked.
