OnePlus 6t dual SIM question

Hello,

Can anyone please confirm if I will be able to use both my Vodafone SIM and a SKY one straight away when my phone arrives next week? Is the handset locked to Vodafone (I expect it will be) and I'll have to wait 30 days before I can unlock it. 

No one at Vodafone seem to be able to tell me.

I had about 4 of them trying to work it out when I was in on Monday. I'll let them work it out

I have just got the 6T and the phone is completely Unlocked out of the Box and no vodafone branding
