Hi I did my credit score and coming up saying I owe money from an old account that not had for years trying to pay it so gets off my credit reports but don’t no how has have no number can any one help please

There is no account access via this forum.

This will change the status of the default to Settled when you've paid it.

However if the default was warranted then it would stay on your Credit File for 6 years from the original default date.

Vodafone wouldn't remove it if warranted.

Yes, the marker will stay on your credit file.  However, it may be possible to get it changed from Default to Settled, so ask for this at the same time.
