Paying for last bill

I need to pay for my last bill, but I am locked out of MyVodafone because my service has been disconnected. TOBi isn't working, and when I go to the Support Centre > Billing > How do I pay my bill? (https://support.vodafone.co.uk/Billing/Paying-my-bill/1456818952) it advises me to "chat with us" but the chat function does not work.

Hi @mtoyoda. It's disappointing to hear that you're facing a couple of hurdles trying to pay your final bill. We understand the importance of getting this boxed off and sorted. This isn't the smooth farewell we want you to have, nor the service that we strive for here at Vodafone. 

I've checked both the chat buttons in question on our 'How do I pay my bill?' web page and TOBi - they're all functioning as expected. To make sure that we're on the same page, when you say they don't work, can you please elaborate on this or perhaps send a screenshot of the issue(s) you're referring to? 

 

Sure, I can elaborate more on the issue: On the page https://support.vodafone.co.uk/Billing/Paying-my-bill/1456818952/How-do-I-pay-my-bill.htm, there are two buttons with the chat icon. The first is "I have financial difficulties" and the second is General bill or payment inquiry. I click on them and nothing happens.

It would be great if someone told me a way that I can pay my final bill. I have been trying since the 24th of July to no avail.

Thank you for the supporting screenshot @mtoyoda, it's very much appreciated. I've tested both chat buttons on both a mobile and desktop device and I can confirm that they're both functioning as expected popping up with a 'Welcome' box - this indicates that the issue stems from your web browser. I would recommend the below: 

- Clearing your web browser cache and cookies

- Make sure that there isn't a Vodafone chat/pop-up open on another browser tab

- Open the web page in private/incognito mode 

- Trying a different web browser

- Disable any pop-up blockers you may have enabled

- Try a different device

In regards to your final bill payment, you can either get in touch with our Billing team over the phone on 191 free from a Vodafone mobile (03333 040191 from any other UK phone - charges depend on the network provider), via Live Chat online or by popping into your nearest Vodafone Hub
